The brief:

To create a bespoke service website aimed at architects and local councils, advertising the four areas of the organisation, which includes New Build, Education, Conservation, Civic & Industrial and Health.

The solution:

John Weaver is an award winning company with over 100 years of construction expertise, and is pre-eminent in its sector and has two divisions - John Weaver Contractors and Conservation, and has its own specialist joinery section and a highly flexible Small Works department.

Our task was to clearly identify the differences between the two divisions, without complicating the overall message. This was first achieved by the branding; incorporating the key words 'Conservation' and 'Contractors'. It was important to present the two divisions equally and the navigation had to be easy to use and that all relevant project content for each sector was contained within the specific template page.

Our aim visually was to produce a modern website design with bold colours, that reflected the brand with good clear message, reaffirming the John Weaver commitment to high quality innovative projects and excellent business management.
