Job description - Marketing Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated marketing and communications co-ordinator to join the team at a key client’s office based in Aberdulais.

The purpose of this role is to help with the growth of the business through strong marketing strategies that increase sales and new business opportunities. This will be an exciting role where you will have the opportunity to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

This office based position offers both variety and challenge, in all aspects of marketing and digital media.

This role is suitable for a recent graduate, or someone with at least 2 years experience in marketing. They must be highly creative, and a motivated team player who is ready to take on new challenges and drive our clients marketing strategy forward.

Main responsibilities

  • Project manage the on-time delivery of campaign activity working closely with the design team to create collateral and marketing assets for: website, brochures, videos/animation and adverts
  • Manage and create content for social media channels and email mail shots
  • Support exhibitions and award events
  • Produce case study content
  • Create marketing campaigns for social media, website and print.


  • 2 years experience in a similar marketing role, or a recent graduate (salary will depend on experience)
  • A degree in marketing / media communications or related field
  • Excellent copywriting skills, understanding a specific task and writing copy to engage with the targeted audience
  • Proven experience developing campaigns and marketing plans
  • A thorough knowledge of social media and how to target specific organisations
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of working in Adobe Photoshop would be an advantage
  • The ability to manage workloads to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
